The Canadian Education Quality Assessment Council (CEQAC) is a not-for-profit organization that offers its services to public, independent, faith-related, proprietary preschool and adult schools, colleges and universities and collaborates with other local and international organizations to align the accreditation process with the planning process for a collaborative process that helps schools, colleges and universities to engage in continuous quality improvement that focuses on students learning experience fostered by a high-quality learning and healthy ecosystem.

To achieve accreditation by CEQAC, an institution must comply with rigorous standards, develop and implement an Institutional Effectiveness Plan; Undergo an annual review of its financial stability, retention and placement rates; and Undergo announced and unannounced site visits.
